Welcome to Hummbud. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and our design subscription services. By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Our Services
Hummbud provides design services on a subscription and one-time basis. Depending on your chosen plan, services may include unlimited design requests, revisions, and access to a dedicated design team. The specific inclusions of each plan are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.
2. Subscriptions, Billing & Contracts
- Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance at the rate shown at the time of purchase.
- Certain plans require a minimum commitment period (for example, a minimum three-month term for our Scale plan and a minimum six-month term for our Studio plan), billed monthly across that term.
- One-time packages are billed once for the agreed scope.
- Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect your current billing cycle or an active minimum-term commitment.
3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee from the start of your first subscription. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days, you may request a refund of your first payment. After the 14-day period, payments are non-refundable; however, we will continue to revise work until it meets the agreed brief.
4. Design Requests & Revisions
"Unlimited" requests means you may submit as many requests as you wish to your queue. Requests are completed sequentially based on priority and complexity. Turnaround times are estimates and depend on the scope of each request and the speed of your feedback. Revisions are unlimited within the scope of the original request.
5. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon full payment, you own the final approved deliverables and their source files, except for any third-party assets (such as licensed fonts or stock imagery) which remain subject to their respective licenses. Hummbud may display completed work in its portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate briefs, timely feedback, and any necessary brand assets or content. You confirm that any materials you provide do not infringe the rights of third parties.
7. Pausing & Cancellation
Subject to any applicable minimum-term commitment, you may pause or cancel your subscription according to the options available in your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund completed billing periods except as provided under the money-back guarantee.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes. We reserve the right to decline requests that violate these Terms or applicable law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hummbud's total liability arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid in the month giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
